Cuff key lost, RAK court stops hearings

A judge in Ras Al Khaimah stopped hearings into a case involving an Asian woman accused of practicing prostitution because police could not un-cuff the defendant after they lost the cuff key.

Police brought the woman cuffed to court but the judge told them he would not start the session unless she is un-cuffed.

?The guards could not un-cuff the defendant and told the judge they lost the cuff key.?The judge replied that he would not start the session unless she is un-cuffed?.

?The key was found in prison later. After it was brought to court and the woman was un-cuffed, the judge agreed to start the session.?
