The Federal National Council (FNC) approved during its third ordinary session of the 15th legislative chapter, held yesterday under the chair of Mohammed Ali Al Murr, the Speaker of FNC, discussed the article 12 of the federal draft law on the child rights. It decided to complete the discussion of the draft law in the next session The FNC approved the two draft laws on setting up the Supreme Federal Court of First Instance in Al Dhaid city in the Emirate of Sharjah and draft federal on amendment of some provisions of the federal law No. 7 of year 2008, on the National Centre for Documentation and Research.
The session was attended by Mariam Al Roumi, Minister of Social Affairs and Dr. Hadef bin Joan Al Dhahiri, Minister of Justice.
Al Murr praised the marking of the 42nd national day anniversary celebrated by Emiratis and residents in a wonderful scene that reflected the theme of Union and its spirit, as well as the allegiance and loyalty to the leadership. He recalled the efforts exerted by the founding father of the UAE late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and his late brothers the rulers of Emirates to establish and develop the UAE
