“… We pride ourselves on delivering high value legal services. Excellence is our Minimum Standard.”
The Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI), the educational arm of Dubai Land Department, has announced the launch of the latest Real Estate Governance Workshop. For the first time ever, the property training programme, which runs from October 15-16, will be delivered in Arabic.
Among those attending the course are government department employees and decision-makers from the public and private sectors, including directors, board members and executives. The seminar is also expected to attract members of the public wanting to know more about principles of corporate governance as it relates to real estate, both locally and globally.
?One of our duties and responsibilities as the educational arm of DLD is to disseminate important information on issues pertaining to real estate and property development, both here and abroad,? said Mahmoud El-Burai Senior Director of DREI.
DREI?s Real Estate Governance Workshop introduces its participants to international best practices as compared with current practices in the region, discussing how those in the regional market can be improved. The aim is for course attendees gain a strategic understanding on the changing corporate governance landscape in the real estate sector.
