Family jailed for life on vice charges in RAK

A court in Ras Al Khaimah sentenced an Arab man, his wife and two sons to life in prison after they were convicted of forcing their three daughters to practice prostitution.

Three girls arrested by the police in a night raid at the family?s house were found to be victims and acquitted by the court.

Police arrested the four family members on charges of organizing booze parties and forcing their own daughters and a daughter in law to indulge in prostitution for money.

“The four were sentenced to life in prison on charges of involvement in human trade and prostitution”.
