Federal Supreme Court adjourns hearings in case of a defendant accused of communicating with a foreign state

The State Security Division of the Federal Supreme Court, which was supposed to deliver its verdict yesterday in the case in which A.R.A is charged with communicating with a foreign state, decided to convene on March 9 to re-hear the defence witness to clarify some points before the final judgment is pronounced.

Meanwhile, the Court also adjourned, at the request of the defence lawyers, until March 23, the hearings in the case in which an Arab resident (M.K.M) is accused of having committed hostile acts against a foreign state, to hear defence witnesses.
